Wohlfahrt Intern is an association-independent trade journal for decision-makers in the social economy that appears ten times a year (monthly, double issues for the months of January / February and July / August). The magazine is designed as an industry-specific business magazine. The editorial team comprises the sections “In Conversation”, “Social Enterprises in Focus”, “Politics and Payers”, “Management and Refinancing” and “Tariff and Remuneration”.

It reports on competition in the social field, on developments and the financing of social services, on trends in the management of non-profit institutions, and frequent topics are employee remuneration and non-profit law.

At the beginning of each year, the approx. 320-page yearbook is published, which provides overview tables of the annual salaries of auxiliary, specialist and managerial staff of all major collective agreements and employment contract guidelines (AVR) of the previous year in the social economy - and also comparisons of the wage conditions of the welfare associations with each other and to other branches in industry, trade and service industries.

target group

The target group of Wohlfahrt Intern are managing directors as well as board members of the leading associations and institutions of the voluntary welfare service . They include: the Arbeiterwohlfahrt (AWO), Caritas , Diakonie , the German Red Cross , the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband and the Central Welfare Office for Jews .

history

Wohlfahrt Intern was first published on November 7, 2005 with a length of 16 pages. After two trial editions, the magazine appeared regularly from January 2006. In the meantime, the volume has more than doubled: The editions usually comprise 52 pages with a print run of 1100 copies.

Röthig Medien Verlag

The Röthig Medien Verlags GmbH & Co. KG publishing house is managed by the owner and editor-in-chief Iris Röthig . Röthig Medien was founded in 2005 in Düsseldorf . Until mid-2012, the publishing house had its editorial office in Düsseldorf- Eller . Since then, the company has been based in Berlin - Neukölln . Wohlfahrt Intern is the publisher's only publication to date.
