The Sparer-Dank Kulenkampffallee residential complexes in Bremen - Schwachhausen , Neu-Schwachhausen district , Koenenkampstrasse 1 / Kulenkampffallee / Crüsemannallee , are among the most important buildings in Bremen .

history

The two residential complexes Sparer-Dank were built from 1961 to 1966 according to plans by the architects Gerhard Müller-Menckens , Friedrich Heuer and Gunter Müller (all from Bremen) for the Bremer Schoß, Bremer Sparer-Dank Foundation . The 430 apartments of a foundation of the Sparkasse Bremen from 1955 are managed by Brebau . The houses are faced with red stones and all have a gable roof .

Annex 1: To the east of the confluence with Crüsemannallee, three-story residential buildings for elderly and needy people were grouped around three residential courtyards with gardens. ( Appendix 1 )
