The residential building at Ketzürer Dorfstraße 30 in the municipality of Beetzseeheide , in the district of Ketzür is a listed farmhouse.
Building
The single-storey farmhouse is said to date from the second half of the 19th century. The building is traufständig the village street. The wooden, arbor-like roofing of the entrance with rich carvings is striking . This can be reached from two sides via six-step outside stairs . The entrance is above a gray-painted plinth. The portal is decorated on both sides with stucco work in the form of dazzling columns . The door is double-leaf.
The plaster of the street-side facade above the base is painted a yellow tone. The windows are suspected of being decorated . The canopies are also supported by pillars that rest on the window sills. There are small consoles below the window sills . Above the three windows on both sides of the entrance there is a narrow, simple cornice , two further small, hatch-like window openings and an eaves cornice . There are also rectangular windows in the gable-side walls, but they are unadorned. The roof is a gable roof and covered with beaver tails .
