The residential building at Hafenstrasse 192 in Bremerhaven - Lehe , near the old Lange Strasse , was built until 1908.
The building has been a listed building in Bremen since 1979 .
history
After the expansion of the ports in Alt- Bremerhaven, the Lehe area experienced a rapid upswing and the number of inhabitants grew from 10,955 to 37,457 from 1885 to 1910.
The five-storey, plastered, neo-baroque tenement house from the turn of the century was built according to plans by the Leh architect A. Brünjes. The residential and commercial building is clearly structured by its two baroque risalite gables .
In the neighborhood on Hafenstrasse there are other listed buildings under No. 153 and No. 199 from the same period.
