Częstochowa Voivodeship

The Voivodeship Częstochowa (Polish województwo częstochowskie ) was a Polish voivodeship from 1975 to 1998 , which in 1999 was largely absorbed into today's Silesian Voivodeship as part of an administrative reform ; a small region in the west around Olesno went to Opole . The capital was the eponymous Częstochowa ( Czestochowa ).
