Wojciech Penkalski

Wojciech Adam Penkalski (born May 17, 1974 in Braniewo ) is a Polish politician of the Ruch Palikota ( Palikot movement ).

Wojciech Penkalski was sentenced to two years and three months in prison for assault, unlawful threats and extortion, from which he was released in 2003. In prison he finished his studies in public administration at the School of Humanities and Economics in Elbląg . He then became an independent entrepreneur. In 2004 he opened a children's soccer school and the Number One soccer club . In 2008 Penkalski founded the Olimp Foundation, which aims to help children from poor families and give them the opportunity to do sports. In 2010 he began to get involved with the Ruch Palikota, previously he was not politically active. In the 2011 parliamentary elections , he ran in Elbląg constituency 34 . With 9,255 votes he received a seat in the Sejm .

Wojciech Penkalski is married and has four children.
