Wolfgang Beuss

Wolfgang Beuss (born March 11, 1954 in Hamburg ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and former member of the Hamburg Parliament .

Life

Beuss is married and has two children. From 1974 to 1975 he was a temporary soldier . He then studied social pedagogy , special school education and Protestant theology in Hamburg with the qualifications as a qualified social pedagogue and the two state exams as a special school teacher . He works as a department head at the State Institute for Teacher Training and School Development .

politics

Beuß has been the district chairman of the CDU Eimsbüttel since 2002. From 1991 to 1996 he was a member of the Eimsbüttel district assembly and a deputy in the financial and social authorities. From October 1997 to February 2011 Beuß was a member of the citizenship of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. In the 19th electoral term he was deputy chairman of the CDU parliamentary group. As in previous terms, he was a member of the Science Committee and the Constitutional Committee for his parliamentary group. Since May 2011 Beuß has been a deputy in the Department of Home Affairs and Sport.
