Wolfgang Gerber

Wolfgang Gerber (born November 3, 1938 in Saarbrücken ) was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice from 1992 to 2003 .

Gerber joined the Saarland judicial service in January 1966 as a court assessor . In March 1969 he was appointed regional judge at the Saarbrücken regional court , and in August 1983 he was appointed judge at the Saarbrücken higher regional court .

Since March 3, 1992 Gerber was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice. He was first in the second civil senate , from January 1993 then in the XII. Civil Senate active. From November 2001 until his retirement, Gerber was vice chairman of that Senate.

After reaching the age limit, Gerber retired on November 30, 2003.
