Wolfgang Maaser
Wolfgang Maaser (* 1955 ) is a German Protestant theologian .
Life
After studying religious education (1977–1980) at the EFH Rhineland - Westphalia - Lippe in Düsseldorf (diploma religious education) and studying (1980–1984) theology and philosophy at the Universities of Bochum and Bonn , he was more academic from 1985 to 1990 Employee at the Chair of Systematic Theology (Ethics) at the Ruhr University Bochum ( Christofer Frey ). After receiving his doctorate in 1990 as Dr. theol. from 1990 to 1995 he was a research assistant at the Chair of Systematic Theology at the Ruhr University Bochum. After his habilitation in 1995 in systematic theology; Topic: "The creative power of the word: The meaning of rhetoric for Luther's understanding of creation and ethics" he became professor of ethics at EFH Bochum in 1995 .
