Wolfgang Palaver

Wolfgang Palaver (born September 27, 1958 in Zell am Ziller ) is an Austrian Roman Catholic theologian .

Life

Palaver studied Roman Catholic theology , German and political science at the University of Innsbruck . In 1998 he was awarded the Tyrolean State Prize for Science . Since September 2002, Palaver has been professor for Christian social studies at the Catholic-Theological Faculty of the University of Innsbruck. From March 2013 to February 2017 he was also the dean of this faculty.

Wolfgang Palaver is married to the kindergarten director Andrea Palaver. The couple has three children.
