Wolfgang Pycha
Wolfgang Pycha (born August 15, 1928 in Leobersdorf ) is a former Austrian civil servant and general director of the Austrian Federal Railways .
Life
Wolfgang Clemens Pycha was General Director of the Austrian Federal Railways from June 14, 1974 to June 13, 1984 and from July 1, 1974 to June 30, 1976 the first and so far only Austrian President of the International Union of Railways (Union internationale des chemins de fer) .
He has the academic degree Dr. jur. , the official title of Hofrat and a professorship in the Faculty of Economics at the University of Trieste .
