Wolfgang Schlotmann

Wolfgang Schlotmann (born April 10, 1941 in Herne ; † March 3, 2011 ) was a German politician and former member of the state parliament ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending elementary school and high school with a high school diploma , he studied mechanical engineering . From 1968 to 1970 he was employed by the Federal Minister of Defense , most recently as a government building officer . Until his change as a technical department head at the University of Dortmund in 1975, he stayed with the Bundeswehr administration. In 2006 he was retired as the leading government building director at the University of Dortmund. From 1980 on, Schlotmann was a member of the CDU.

From May 30, 1985 to November 30, 1989 Schlotmann was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was elected from the state list of his party and resigned from the state parliament on November 30, 1989.
