Tenk can be traced back to Admont in 1475 as master Wolfgang the stonemason . In the local hut book it already appears with a coat of arms and symbols. Its symbol is a T with the stem spread out in the lower part. From 1483 he worked on the new Gothic building of the Steyr parish church and thus succeeded Mert Kranschach , who had left Steyr in the same year because of allegations of embezzlement. In Tenk's time, the building of the nave , apart from the arching, and the north-western extension of the nave (north portal) fall . His red marble epitaph is located in the parish church in the rear south aisle to the right of the main entrance. Successor in the construction of the Steyr parish church wasHanns Schwettichauer .
