Wolfram Birkenfeld
Wolfram Birkenfeld (* 1939 in Berlin ) is a German lawyer . From 1986 until his retirement in November 2004 he was a judge at the Federal Fiscal Court .
Before his appointment as a judge at the Federal Fiscal Court, Birkenfeld worked as a judge at the Tiergarten District Court and the Berlin Regional Court before he switched to finance jurisdiction and became a judge at the Berlin Finance Court .
At the Federal Fiscal Court, Birkenfeld was a member of the Fifth Senate, which is primarily responsible for sales tax law, most recently as deputy chairman, during the entire time he was a member of this court .
