Wolfram Schanda
Wolfram Schanda (born July 5, 1966 ) is a former German soccer player .
The 1.78 m tall midfielder played a total of 40 games in the 2nd Bundesliga between 1984 and 1993 , scoring 4 goals. As a young man, he made the leap into the squad of the first team at FC Homburg in 1984 that had just become champions of the Oberliga Südwest and made it to the 2nd Bundesliga. In the 1985/86 season Wolfram Schanda even celebrated the championship of the second division and promotion to the Bundesliga with the FCH, but due to lack of prospects he moved back to the Oberliga Südwest at Eintracht Trier . With Eintracht he was again champion of the Oberliga Südwest in 1987 and twice German amateur champion in 1988 and 1989 . With the SV Waldhof Mannheim he failed in the 2nd Bundesliga 1992/93 as fourth in the table only just on the rise.
