The Wolfsberg is 527 m above sea level. NHN high mountain in the northern foreland of the Thuringian Forest in the Ilm district . He is the namesake of the former community Wolfsberg and lies between the three districts of Gräfinau-Angstedt , Wümbach and Bücheloh .
