Wolkenreiter und Sohn is a German puppet show in two parts from 1982 . The game is based on the eponymous template by Peter Marginter and was staged by the Augsburger Puppenkiste .

action

1st chapter

Danubius Wolkenreiter is saddened: Nobody needs wind-milled flour to grind . His son Leopold “Poldi” also suffers from it, because when his father no longer grinds he has to complete an apprenticeship with the Wassermüller Gluckser. By chance, Poldi discovers a magical carpet in his room. Together with his tomcat Zabus, Poldi makes his way into the city, because there is still a confectioner baking with wind-milled flour. He could still be interested in the flour from the Wolkenreiter.

Part 2

In town, Poldi meets the confectioner's daughter, and together with her dachshund Wasti and Poldi's cat Zabus, they set off to see their father.
