The Wood Glacier is a glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Victory Mountains, it flows in a southeastern direction to the Trafalgar Glacier , which it reaches immediately east of Mount McDonald . Its head end rests on a saddle that it shares with the Lensen glacier flowing north .
Participant in the 1957-1958 campaign as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition after geologist B. L. Wood, who was involved in this campaign.
