The World Armwrestling Federation ( WAF ) is an international umbrella organization of national and regional armwrestling associations founded in 1977 . In 2020 it has members from 82 countries. This makes it the largest umbrella organization for arm wrestling and part of the Global Association of International Sports Federations . The WAF conforms to the WADA code . She organizes the World Armwrestling Championships annually .
