Wulur ( Woeloer ) is a place on the Indonesian island of Damar . The place is on the east coast of the island in Solat Bay ( Teluk Solat ).

Wulur is a Desa with 1,497 inhabitants (2010). The people speak the Austronesian language East Damar ( Damar-Wulur ) as their mother tongue . Like the entire island, Wulur belongs to the Kecamatan (sub-district) Damar, Kabupaten (administrative district), southwestern Moluccas ( Maluku Barat Daya ), Maluku province . Wulur is the main place of the Kecamatan.

For years, the inhabitants of Wulur and those from the northeastern neighboring town of Kehli had a dispute over the rights of use for the uninhabited, southern islands of Terbang Utara and Terbang Selatan and the surrounding waters. In 1986 a court ruled that this bulge was due.
