The Wyżnica is a right tributary of the Vistula in the Lublin Voivodeship in Poland .
geography
The Wyżnica rises in the vicinity of the village Słodków Trzeci (Gmina Kraśnik ) around 46 km southwest of Lublin . From there it flows generally in a north-westerly direction and after a run of 42.5 km through the mesoregion of the Wzniesienia Urzędowskie near Józefów nad Wisłą reaches the Vistula. Its catchment area is given as 508 km².
Tributaries
Urzędówka and Tworzenie Podlipie are right-hand tributaries of the Wyżnica.
