Communities Torrão

The Xarrama ( Portuguese Rio Xarrama ) is a river in the Alentejo region of Portugal that flows through the Évora and Setúbal districts . It rises a few kilometers southwest of the city of Évora , flows westward and finally flows into the Sado . About 2.5 km before it flows into the Sado, the Xarrama is dammed up into a reservoir by the Vale do Gaio dam.
