Xavier O'Callaghan Ferrer (born March 2, 1972 in Tarragona , Spain ) is a Spanish handball manager and former national handball player.

The 1.86 m tall and 80 kg playmaker played for 19 years for the prestigious Spanish club FC Barcelona , with whom he won a total of 55 titles. At the end of his career in 2005, he moved to the management of the club, and he also works in the Forum Club Handball . In 2010 his jersey with the number 4 was hung under the roof of the Palau Blaugrana in his honor and has not been awarded since then.

With the Spanish national team he won bronze at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney and also took part in the 2004 Games in Athens. O'Callaghan played 87 internationals in which he scored 140 goals.
