Xenia Hodel (born November 27, 1998 in Lucerne ) is a Swiss national handball player .
Career
Xenia Hodel began playing handball at the Swiss club Spono Eagles at the age of nine . At the age of 15, she made her debut in the SPAR Premium League 1 . With Spono, the backcourt player won the Swiss championship in 2016 and 2018 and the Swiss Cup in 2018. For the 2018/19 season, the left-hander moved to the German Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen . She returned to the Spono Eagles in December 2019.
Hodel played 40 international matches for the Swiss selection , in which they scored 130 goals.
Hodel took part in the 2014 U18 Beach Handball European Championship.
