Xhemal Pascha Zogolli ( dʒɛmal paʃa zɔɡu ; born 1860 in Burgajet Castle or in Constantinople , died 1911 ), also known as Dschamal Pascha Zogolli (from Turkish Cemal Pasa Zogoglu ), was the hereditary governor of Mat in what was then Ottoman Albania and the father of King Moved I. of Albania from the House of Zogu .

He was the third son of Xhelal Pascha Zogollis . He was privately educated and became Hereditary Governor of Mati after the death of his older brother Riza .

He married his cousin Zenja Malika Chanum (Melek Hanem, 1860-1884) in 1880 in Mati. After she died giving birth to her child, he married in Mati Sadiye Chanum ( Sadijé Hanem ) in 1887 . Her title was later changed to Nëna Mbretëreshë i Shqiptarëvet ("Queen Mother of All Albanians").

He was involved in the preparation of the uprising against the Ottomans planned for June 1903 , which, however, did not take place. His sons were Xhelal Bey Zogu from his first marriage, a child from his second marriage who died early, and Ahmet Zogu .

His daughters were the princesses (Princeshë) Adila, Nafisa, Xenia, Muza Jan, Ruqiya and Majida.
