Xie Juezai
Xie Juezai (* May 1884 in Ningxiang , Hunan , † June 15, 1971 in Beijing ) was President of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China from 1959 to 1965 .
Life
Xie Juezai joined the Chinese Communist Party and was a party official at various levels. From 1949 to 1959 he was Minister in the Ministry of Civil Affairs . From 1959 to 1965, Xie Juezai was the successor to Dong Biwu as President of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China. His successor was Yang Xiufeng .
