Ministry of Civil Affairs
The Ministry of Civil Affairs ( Chinese 民政部 , Pinyin Mínzhèngbù ), also known as MCA ( English : Ministry of Civil Affairs ), is a ministry of the Chinese State Council . The ministry was established in May 1978.
