from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The State Commission for Development and Reform ( Chinese  國家 發展 和 改革 委員會  /  国家 发展 和 改革 委员会 , Pinyin Guójiā Fāzhăn hé Găigé Wěiyuánhuì ), abbreviated as Chinese  发改委 or SKER, is an institution of the central government of the People's Republic of China . She belongs to the State Council of the People's Republic of China . He Lifeng has been the head of the commission since February 2017 .

The commission is the successor to the State Planning Commission (国家计划委员会, Pinyin Guójiā Jìhuà Wěiyuánhuì ), 国家 计委 for short, which had organized the centrally planned economy of China since November 15, 1952 . In 1998 it was renamed the State Planning Commission for Development (SPKE), which in 2003 was merged with part of the State Commission for Economy and Trade (SHWH). In 2005, SKER emerged from SPKE. It is the most important supervisory authority for the economic development of the People's Republic of China.

In 2012, it passed a regulation according to which foreign automobile manufacturers no longer enjoy any support for settling here. This can be of great importance for the promotion of one's own automotive industry and for the sales opportunities of German manufacturers . China has been the most important manufacturer of automobiles since 2009 and produced 18 million vehicles in 2010.
