Xinji

The city of Xinji ( Chinese 辛集 市 , Pinyin Xīnjí Shì ) is a county-level city in the prefecture -level city of Shijiazhuang , the capital of Hebei Province in the People's Republic of China . It has an area of 951 km² and has a population of 610,000 (2003).
Administrative structure
At the community level, the urban district consists of eight large communities and seven communities.
