Zhengding
Zhengding ( Chinese 正定 县 , Pinyin Zhèngdìng Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Shijiazhuang in the northern Chinese province of Hebei . The information about the area of Zhengding is ambiguous: In the annual manual of the administrative structure of China it is said that Zhengding has 568 km², the district government states 468 km² on its website. According to other information, it is only 441.23 km². At the end of 2003 Zhengding had about 430,000 inhabitants, in 1999 there were still 361,279.
Zhengding is located in the southwest of Hebei, in the center of the North China Plain.
Administrative structure
At the community level, Zhengding consists of a street district , four large communities and five communities . These are:
- Street district Chengqu (城区 街道), 26.79 km², 50,317 inhabitants, urban center;
- Zhengding municipality (正定 镇), 89 km², 82,756 inhabitants, seat of the district government;
- Large municipality of Zhufutun (诸 福 屯镇), 31.33 km², 33,500 inhabitants;
- Large community Xinchengpu (新城 铺镇), 37.43 km², 32,230 inhabitants;
- Xin'an Municipality (新安镇), 41.43 km², 38,129 inhabitants;
- Nanniu municipality (南 牛 乡), 40 km², 40,388 inhabitants;
- Community Nanlou (南楼乡), 84.09 square kilometers, 48,686 inhabitants;
- Community Xipingle (西平乐乡), 23.06 square kilometers, 21,086 inhabitants;
- Beizaoxian municipality (北 早 现 乡), 30.87 km², 36,355 inhabitants;
- Quyangqiao municipality (曲阳 桥乡), 64 km², 46,553 inhabitants.
