Chang'an ( Chinese  长安区 , Pinyin Chang'an Qū ) is a Chinese district of the prefecture-level city Shijiazhuang province Hebei . It has an area of ​​138.31 km² and in 2018 had a resident population of 827,100 inhabitants. It is the seat of the city government and the government of Hebei.
