Xinle

Xinle ( Chinese 新 乐 市 , Pinyin Xīnlè Shì ) is a Chinese urban district in the district-free city of Shijiazhuang , the capital of Hebei Province in the People's Republic of China . It has an area of 625 km² and has 440,000 inhabitants (2003).
Administrative structure
At the community level, the urban district consists of a street district, eight large communities and three communities (one of which is Hui ).
