Xu Yunli ( Chinese  徐云丽 , Pinyin Xú Yúnlì ; born August 2, 1987 in Fuzhou , Fujian Province ) is a Chinese volleyball player .

Xu Yunli has played as a middle blocker in the Chinese national team since 2006 and won the gold medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and the bronze medal at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing . She was runner-up in Italy in 2014 , Asian champion in 2011 and won the Asian Games in 2006 and 2010 . With Guangdong Evergrande, Xu also became Asian club champion in 2013. She was honored several times as "Best Blocker" and "Most Valuable Player".
