Yūta Abe ( Japanese 安 部 雄 大 , Abe Yūta ; born July 31, 1974 in Yamaguchi Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Abe learned to play soccer on the school team at Tatara Gakuen High School . He signed his first contract in 1993 with Sanfrecce Hiroshima . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 1994 he was runner-up in the J1 League with the club. In 1995 and 1996 he reached the final of the Kaiser Cup . For the club, he completed 10 first division games. In 1998 he moved to league competitor Vissel Kobe . For the club he completed 66 first division games. In 2001 he moved to Yamaguchi Teachers . At the end of 2001 he ended his career as a football player.
