Yūto Shirai ( Japanese 白 井 裕 人 , Shirai Yūto ; born June 19, 1988 in Kashiwa , Chiba Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Yūto Shirai learned to play football in the school team of the Ryutsu Keizai University Kashiwa High School and in the university team of the Ryūtsū Keizai University . The goalkeeper signed his first contract with Matsumoto Yamaga FC in 2011 . The club from Matsumoto , a city in Nagano Prefecture in the center of Honshū , the main island of Japan , played in the third division, the Japan Football League . At the end of 2011 they rose as fourth in the table in the second division . In 2014 he was runner-up with the club in J2 and was promoted to the first division. After only one year, the club had to return to the second division at the end of 2015. After 62 games for Matsumoto, he left the club in late 2017 and joined league rivals Zweigen Kanazawa in early 2017 .
