The Yana Point ( Bulgarian носът Яна nosat Jana ) is a headland on the east coast of Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . In Moon Bay it forms the west side of the entrance to Bruix Cove . It is located 3.7 km north-northeast of Helmet Peak and 1.9 km west of Rila Point .

Bulgarian scientists mapped them in the course of surveying the Tangra Mountains between 2004 and 2005. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named them in 2009 after the town of Jana in western Bulgaria .
