Yasumasa Kawasaki ( Japanese 川 崎 裕 大 , Kawasaki Yasumasa ; born August 20, 1992 in Ayase , Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Yasumasa Kawasaki learned to play soccer in the youth teams of Phoenix FC and Yokohama FC , the school team of Tokyo Sei High School and the university team of Ryūtsū Keizai University . He signed his first contract with Sanfrecce Hiroshima in 2015 . The club from Hiroshima , a port city in the southwest of the Japanese main island of Honshū , played in the country's highest league, the J1 League . In 2015 he became a Japanese soccer champion with the club. From August 2017 to January 2018 he was loaned to the second division club Yokohama FC in Yokohama . After the loan ended, he was signed by Yokohama in early 2018. At the end of 2019 he was runner-up in the J2 League with Yokohama and was promoted to the first division.
