Yatude Zawa ( transcription from Japanese や つ で 沢 'Zimmeraralia Valley ' ) is a narrow and straight valley with a southeast-northwest orientation on the Prince Harald Coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It lies in the southern part of the Langhovde .
Japanese scientists mapped it on the basis of surveys and aerial photographs from the years from 1957 to 1962. They named it in 1972 after the Japanese name for the Fatsia Japonica ( Fatsia japonica ) because Firnreste them to the valley in inflorescences reminded of this plant.
