Yaylatepe is a village in the district Ömerli the Turkish province of Mardin . Yaylatepe is about 25 km northeast of the provincial capital Mardin and 7 km northeast of Ömerli. According to the last census, Yaylatepe had 215 inhabitants (as of December 2009).
