Ye Htet Aung (born July 12, 1997 ) is a Myanmar hammer thrower .
Career
Ye Htet Aung gained his first international experience in 2015 when he finished sixth at the Southeast Asian Games in Singapore with a width of 50.31 m. Two years later he was fifth at the Southeast Asian Games in Kuala Lumpur with 49.80 m and in 2019 he won the bronze medal at the Southeast Asian Games in Capas with a new national record of 58.88 m, behind Thai Kittipong Boonmawan and Jackie Wong Siew Cheer from Malaysia.
In 2019 Aung became the Myanmar hammer throw champion.
