Christian Aliesch
Christian Aliesch (born January 29, 1950 in Chur ; resident in Chur and Grüsch ( Fanas )) is a Swiss politician ( SVP ).
Life
Aliesch grew up in Chur and attended primary school and canton school in Chur . He studied economics at the University of St. Gallen , the University of Economics, Law and Social Sciences as well as international relations and computer science. He graduated with a licentiate mag. oec. HSG. After his political activities he became rector of the KV Chur business school.
politics
Aliesch was charged with 25 Grand Council in the cantonal parliament of the Grand Council of Graubünden . From 1977 to 1985 he was president of the cantonal party of the SVP Graubünden . He held this position until 1985. He was later elected president of the SVP's parliamentary group. In 1988 the people of Chur elected him to the city council. In 1996 he followed Rolf Stiffler as mayor of Chur.
