action

College student Ravi is the son of billionaire Raghuraj Pratap Singh. Ravi's mother passed away years ago and his father doesn't really care about him. It looks completely different with Vasundhara: She comes from a rather modest background and is one of the model students in college. Since Ravi is bad in almost all subjects, he asks Vasu to help him. So they arrange to meet at his home to study together.

They also get to know each other and even fall in love with each other. However, this love is not accepted by Ravi's father, nor by Mitva Yadav, Vasu's father. Both fathers do everything to prevent the love affair, which in their eyes is not befitting. Somewhat imperious and tyrannical sister Chandi never lets her out of sight and locks her at home. Raghuraj even turns on his friend, the commissioner, to separate the lovers.

But Ravi's and Vasu's love is so strong that they can withstand attempts at separation. With the help of Ravi's friend Kabir, a secret wedding takes place. Finally Mitva realizes his mistake and accepts the marriage. Ravi's father also gives up and so everything turns out for the better.

criticism

Nothing about “Yeh Dil” is inspired, not exciting either, not really moving anyway. But the songs are good, the stars are halfway sympathetic and the run length is not overly strained. (from molodezhnaja.ch)
