Yellowstone is an American drama and neo-western series . It is about the Dutton family and the people who live on the Dutton Ranch. The series is written by Taylor Sheridan . It premiered in the United States on June 20, 2018 on the Paramount Network cable network . The series has two full seasons so far - a third started in June 2020.

action

At the center of the plot is the Dutton family. John Dutton has lost his wife and his large farm, the largest contiguous ranch in the United States, is under pressure from several sides. His son, Kayce Dutton, is a Navy SEAL veteran and faces several personal problems. His brother, Jamie Dutton, is the family's lawyer, but falls out of favor. The sister Beth Dutton, in turn, is John Dutton's right-hand man and suffers from alcohol addiction .

On the other hand there is, for example, Dan Jenkins - a Californian billionaire who is trying to establish himself as a competitor to the duttons. To do this, he allies himself with Chief Thomas Rainwater, an entrepreneur on a nearby reservation for North American indigenous people.
