You Can't Win is a 1948 American short film .
action
A homeowner is trying to have a quiet day. First he is disturbed by a peddler, later by a telephone seller. After that, there are difficulties with a lighter. He tries to clarify with his wife whether she is not using too much starch because his pants are iron hard. Washing the car and lying in a hammock are just as problematic for the protagonist.
