Yugo Nakamura

Yugo Nakamura (中 村 勇 吾, Nakamura Yūgo ) (* 1970 in Nara ) is a Japanese web designer .

Life

Yugo studied engineering , architecture and landscape design and is one of the authors of the book New Masters Of Flash, which was published in 2003. Nakamura has exhibited his works of art in Asia , the United States and Europe and has given numerous lectures. His works have been shown in the Center Georges-Pompidou in Paris , in the Wiener Künstlerhaus in Vienna and in the Design Museum in London. The commercial work has won numerous international awards, including Cannes Lions , One Show, Clio Award and NY ADC. Yugo is known for harnessing the math that underlies natural complexity to create online interactions that are usable and familiar because their behavior is modeled on the natural world.

Nakamura is the owner of the web development company Tha Ltd. FFFFOUND !, a popular website for bookmarking images. The company was founded in 2007 and taken offline on May 8, 2017.
