The Yuki River is an approximately 140 km long left tributary of the Yukon River in western Alaska .
It rises in the Kuskokwim Mountains around 65 km east of Kaltag and flows first in an easterly, then in a north-northeast direction. Between Galena and Ruby it flows into the Yukon River.
The native name for the river was registered and adopted by the United States Geological Survey in 1954 .
