Yuki Yamasaki ( 山﨑有紀 , Yamasaki Yuki * 6. June 1995 in Nagasaki Prefecture ) is a Japanese athlete, referring to the heptathlon specializes.

Athletic career

Yuki Yamasaki played her first international competition at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta , where she won the bronze medal in the heptathlon with a new high of 5873 points behind the Indian Swapna Barman and the Chinese Wang Qingling . The following year she was fourth at the Asian Championships in Doha with 5753 points.

In 2018 Yamasaki became Japanese heptathlon champion. She completed a degree in economics at the Kyūshū Kyōritsu Daigaku (English " Kyushu Kyoritsu University ") in Kitakyūshū .
