Yuri Alexandrovich Leiderman
Yuri Alexandrowitsch Leiderman also Yuri Leiderman ( Russian Юрий Александрович Лейдерман ; born September 3, 1963 in Odessa , Soviet Union ) is a performance artist who lives in Berlin .
Life
Yuri Leiderman graduated in 1987 as an engineer at the Mendeleev Institute of Chemical Technology (MCTI) in Moscow. Since 1983 he took part in the activities of the Moscow Conceptualists and was a co-founder of the "Medical Hermeneutics". Since 1990 he has been going his own way and has been able to participate in important international exhibitions. Various collections have acquired works by him, such as the Ludwig Museum in Aachen , the Ludwig Kortárs Művészeti Múzeum in Budapest and the Fnac, Paris.
