Career

Yūto Uchida learned to play football in the youth team of Gamba Osaka . It was here that he signed his first contract in 2014. The club from Suita , a city in the northern prefecture of Osaka , played in the country's highest league, the J1 League . In his first year in Suita, he celebrated the Japanese soccer championship at the end of 2014. The club also won the J. League Cup and the Emperor's Cup . In 2014 he played six times in the J.League U-22 Selection . This team, which played in the third division, the J3 League , was made up of the best young players from the higher-class clubs. The team was founded with a view to the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro . The players were selected on a weekly basis from a pool for which each club was able to name talented individuals worth promoting; the composition of the team therefore varied greatly from game to game. Tokushima Vortis , a second division club from Tokushima , loaned him the 2015 season. After the loan ended, Vortis signed him on. From 2016 to 2019 he played 117 second division games. In 2020 the first division club Sagan Tosu from Tosu signed him.
