Zac Alexander (born February 11, 1989 in Brisbane ) is an Australian squash player .
Career
Zac Alexander started his professional career in 2007 and has won 27 titles on the PSA World Tour to date . He reached his highest place in the world rankings with 36th place in September 2012. He qualified for a world championship for the first time in 2011 , but did not get beyond the first round. The following year he started right in the main draw and won his opening game against Peter Creed , before being eliminated by Nick Matthew . With the Australian national team , he took part in the World Cup in 2017 and 2019 . At the Commonwealth Games 2018 he won the gold medal in doubles with David Palmer , with whom he became vice world champion in doubles in 2016 . In 2019 he was again vice world champion in doubles with Rex Hedrick . In 2009 and 2017 he was Australian champion .
